Nishchay has been an activist with the volunteer group Lokayat, since 2011. He is keenly involved in creating scientific temperament among school and college students by taking up various social and environmental issues.A computer engineer by training, he currently works as a Consultant Engineer. He has been a faculty member at the prestigious College of Engineering, Pune (COEP), for more than two years and also for a year at the Azam Campus in Pune. He completed his B.Tech from COEP in 2011 and worked for Tata Computational Laboratories for two years, in the field of Parallel and High Performance Computing and thereafter as a freelance Embedded Systems Developer. During his student days, he led the COEP Student Satellite Project. He has published papers in national and international conferences on High Performance Computing and Aerospace Technology. He is also the first Indian to receive the prestigious Napolitano Award of the International Astronautical Federation, conferred on a scientist under the age of 30 for significant work in aerospace. |

Abstract | The Constitution of India is not just a legal document. It's scope is not and should not be limited to academic discussions and high school civics exam papers. In this talk we will explore the essence of the Constitution and talk about its practical implications in public and private life. |
